Communities Treasures Adult Day Services is excited to announce our 10-week Summer Community Access Group, specifically designed for adults with developmental disabilities. Join us for a summer filled with engaging activities, community exploration, and the chance to make lasting friendships.

Program Details:

• Duration: May 28, 2024 - August 2, 2024
• Days: Monday through Friday
• Time: 6 hours per day (contact us for exact times and the possibility of extending hours for an additional fee)
• Location: Servicing all of Metro Atlanta(In the Community)

Cost: $300 per week. This fee includes:

• Morning and afternoon snacks to keep our participants energized and happy.
• A diverse range of daily activities designed to enhance social skills, community awareness, and personal growth.

Please Note: Transportation is not included in the base price but is available for an additional cost. This option is perfect for those requiring assistance with travel to and from our program.
